CERZAN STUDIO IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING ARTISAN HOUSE SCULPTURE ORDERS

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the hand-crafted nature of art work, dimensions and colors may vary. Items in stock
are normally shipped within 2 to 3 weeks of the order. Out of stock items may take 4 to 6 weeks
before shipment. When your Artisan House order is confirmed, you will be notified of the approximate shipping date.

The customer is responsible for contacting Cerzan Studio, inc. regarding returns and to get a (RAN) Return Authorization Number. Any unauthorized return will be refused. In case of an approved return all back and forth shipping and handling costs in full are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cerzan Studio, inc. will apply a 20% restocking fee on any approved return. Collect shipments will not be accepted.Cerzan Studio, inc. will refund the cost of any items when received back minus any applicable fees only if the item is returned within the specified time and conditions.

IF AN ARTISAN HOUSE ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

Cerzan Studio does not offer any guaranties implied or otherwise, than those offered by Artisan House.
You agree the maximum liability to Cerzan Studio, inc. shall be the price of the item. In no event Cerzan Studio, inc., it's employees or owners
shall be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to items sold.

We reserve the right to change Artisan House prices and policies at any time without prior notice.
